Braden Schlager: On The Moon Vinyl 12"
The very first release from one of our favorite Australian labels back in print! You might recognize Efficient Space as the guys behind the excellent Sky Girl or Midnite Spares comp, but their first release was actually a reissue of this brilliant under-the-radar Braden Schlager 12" from 1990. From the sounds of it, the Australian early-90's rave scene must've have been absolutely killer as this 12" delivers vibes for days. Check the zone on "Morning" in both Du Heaume and Rummage flavors that's sure to give you the feels. On the flipside, "Rummage" goes a little harder on some techno-noise levels, while "King Of Comedy" brings it on home with gorgeous synth melodies over chugging beachside rhythms. ES originally reissued this gem back in 2015, but it sold out with the quickness. Thankfully came through with a clutch 2nd pressing. Dope cover art to boot. Recommended.
