Brilliant balearic re-imagining of a Joy Division classic. UK's Flash Atkins is at the controls and transports Ian Curtis' familiar vox to uncanny realms of dark and dubby tropicalia. It's quite unexpected, but done really beautifully and a reward for those with open ears. On the flip, we are treated to a tasteful edit of the original mix, tricked out with open drums and mixable moments for DJ play. Pressed up on white vinyl. Recommended.
