Limited represses of the sought-after DJ Harvey Black Cock Edits. For those that don't know, Harvey (who has attained a sort of cult status in the disco DJ realm) was killing the edit thing back when, way before this new re-resurgence of the disco re- edit. These were originally put out more than a decade ago and the originals are pretty rare (and catch major loot to boot). The Mystic Slot 12" was first released in '93(!) and features a deep edit of The Dell's "No Way Back," a gem of a track that was also edited by the legendary Ron Hardy. I like how Harvey uses more of the original track at the end and splices in the dope diva vocals in the beginning to get the party started. Boogie down to the funky beat of "Disco Adventure" on the flip. 12 inches of pleasure from Black Cock!
