LA's Ramona Gonzalez is back as Nite Jewel with her second 12" on Italians Do It Better. "Want You Back" is the follow-up to "What Did He Say" and gives us more of that lo-fi, fuzzy disco vibe her work seems to exude. The production on the title track is upbeat and groovy with lots of twinkly synth sprinkles and fat funky bass that carry her uber-reverbed vocals through space. On the flip is "All Out Of Order" in both Spanish and English versions, another hazy trip to Nite Jewel's left field world of slo-mo synthesizer disco.
