At Turntable Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return most items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items like phono cartridges, opened software, and used vinyl are non-returnable due to their sensitive nature.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if eligible) to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our lab technicians receive and inspect your return for original condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
